OK – this is the 4th one I have bought since 2016, when I bought my first one. The thing is awesome and I use it every week! However, the insides eventually get worn and seems to me to lose its smoothness. That worries me because I don't know if some type of plastic or silicone chemical is leaching into the food – and that is why I keep replacing them. But they are awesome for anything water-based. I don't think you can use them for deep frying, which does not bother me as I do not eat fried foods.

The best pressure cooker i ever had. Safe, easy to clean. Just put in the microwave and the meat is so tender. The flavor of the meat comes out and made my cooking such a breeze.

I have heard good things about this pressure cooker but was disappointed that it didn’t come with any kind of instructions or paperwork of any kind (I hope it’s not a used/returned item). Luckily I ordered a cookbook to go along with it. I only gave it 3 stars for now but will update once I’ve tried it out.
